Nice

. . . but I'm still sleep-deprived after the midnight showing, so this won't be a full review, or even a slight one. (I know, I'm old, and can't miss sleep like them-thar young whipper-snappers.)

In any case, last night's viewing was for pleasure. I'll probably engage in a "technical viewing" this weekend and report back then.

Cool. I look forward to your review. Willthis truly be the last Star Wars feature of any kind? If so, Trek's gonna leap ahead of it once again!

Why would Trek leap ahead, since Trek has also ended?

Well, apparently, a new movie is scheduled for 2007... that and Rod Roddenberry said that someday trek will return.

Trek will return, of course. It might be a few years.

It'll be nice to compare your review with the others already out there. I can already see there will be lively new features of debate when the DVD comes out and people can get screencaps easily...

Agreed. After your review of Nemesis, I look forward to seeing how you do this one from the perspective of the debate.

Well, there's also the claim that Lucas is making a SW TV series.

So in a sense neither franchise has truly "ended forever" if the reports are all true!

I agree with everyone, your Nemesis review was great.

I can't wait to see your opinions on the Coruscant/Mustafar travel time. And Bail Organa sure got around. Hyperdrive in this movie made warp drive look like the speed of molasses, unfortunately.

Well, Well, Well, Matthew Gridley, haven't seen you in a while, heard you've been giving the warsies at school a hard time! It's fun to hear reports from both sides, their squabbling, and then your ignorant comments, he he he.

Pleasure to be recognised, but I go by the information off this site. I don't know what could be described as 'ignorant comments' and the other side did concede a few weeks ago, so technically our debate is over.

By the way, could you identify yourself?

Nah, i don't think I will, being a neutral, i think i will stay safely anonymous. Perhaps i will just listen for now, seeing what else both sides will constitute in later days. I might give you my email address, maybe you could send some arguments to me.

No worries. I'd still like to know who informed you, but hey...

There should be a new interesting website or two and some major updates to old ones by around August or September, I believe. Although some websites don't seem to update anymore.

Fun times ahead.
